- Graduate Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree from a reputable academy, preferably majoring in Accounting, Management with minimum GPA 3,00
General Requirement:
- Excellent interpersonal communication skill, strong leadership and managerial skill.
- High integrity and commitment.
- Fluent in English both spoken and written – min TOEFL 500.
- Proficiency in Arabic or Mandarin is an advantage
- Willing to be assigned in the overseas area (Middle East & Africa) in months
- Having Good computer skill (Vlookup, Pivot, IF, Etc)
Specific requirement:
- Male
- Work experience at least 5 years in consumer good manufacturing as Internal Audit Manager or
- Experience at an audit company / firm as Sr auditor/ External Auditor Manager with minimum of 3 years of audit related experience is preferred
- Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple projects within deadlines
- Clear and effective communications, both orally and in writing
- Ability to identify gaps in internal controls and recommend effective solutions in a decentralized environment
- Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization
- Ability to work in a variety of staffing situations, including independents, under supervision of other team members, and as a supervisor, depending on the engagement
- Experience auditing information systems is a plus
- Strong interest in financial data analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Have knowledge of the operational audit.
